  • Orders

By placing an order through my website, you are entering into a contract with me and agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid out below. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt of your order and clearance of your payment. For any reason we are not able to fulfil your order within this timeframe we will contact you by email.

  • Delivery

Free standard delivery on orders over £75.00

£2.75 Standard signed for Royal mail 2nd class delivery 2-3 working days for delivery

£3.00 Standard signed for Royal Mail 1st class delivery. 1-2 working days for delivery

As standard our shipping defaults to second class delivery. All parcels are sent as ‘signed for’. This ensures we have a signature from the recipient as proof of delivery. These items can also be tracked.

I reserve the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.

If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly I will not hold any responsibility for this parcel or its delivery. i.e., the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their own costs.

  • Variations in costs

If the items require a larger parcel delivery, we will contact you at the point of sale to advise you. In these cases, delivery may be charged at £4.50 or £5.00

  • Payment options

Payment needs to be made at the point of sale. Credit and Debit card payments are taken by PayPal at the checkout


Payment by email invoice from Debby Wakley’s Square Account. Square payments will need to be cleared before your order can be dispatched. Usually 1 working day however payments received on a Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday will not be deposited until the Monday. You will receive an email confirming this.

  • Cancellation and Returns

I hope you will be happy with your order if however, you change your mind or don’t like the item. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will need to inform me in writing, by email Contact Debby, within the 14 days and you will then have an additional 14 days to return the order to me. The cost of your item will be refunded to you once the order has been received back, in its original packaging and in an unworn state. A refund will be made to your account for the original cost of the goods only, no postage refunds

The exception to this rule is for earrings. Due to the nature of earrings piercing the skin we cannot except returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. The earrings will be sent in a sealed bag. If the bag is opened, we cannot accept the item back. This is in line with section 28 (3) (a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery; https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/part/3/made?view=plain

  • Faulty or Damaged Items

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 48 hours after receipt to inform us. Please contact me by email Contact Debby. Please provide me with full description of the goods, the fault, your name and address and contact details (photographic evidence may also be required). Once I receive and acknowledged your correspondence regarding the fault, items should be returned within 14 days after receipt with their original packaging complete with all accessories.  We will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs within 30 days. However, if a returned item is found to be damaged by mistreatment or to be damaged through normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Proof of posting will be required when you return the goods.

If a fault develops after 60 days, we may offer a repair or replacement if the item has not been damaged by mistreatment or normal wear and tear.
